United Commtel's Helpdesk service provides the customer technical and operational staff with the assistance needed to resolve problems that may occur in the daily operations of the End-User's network. This support is provided via telephone or an email and is available for 7 days a week on 24x7 basis.

Preventive Maintenance
Under this offering United Commtel undertakes preventive maintenance inspections of the systems at a pre-defined intervals (atleast 2 times in One Year). During the preventive maintenance phase various tests and health checks are performed on the system in a prescribed format. The formats for system testing are be provided to the customer upon award of the contract. Investing in prevention of failure, rather than living with its consequences can make a substantial difference.

Corrective Maintenance/ Onsite Emergency Support
United Commtel will provide services for deputing an expert systems specialist at site on request from Customer's competent authority. The objective of On Site Support is to provide an emergency or planned and scheduled on-site support by our systems specialist for pre-defined O&M activities. This does not involve new installation or modification to existing installation.

R&R Spare Management
Repair and Return Hardware Service is a solution for managing hardware failures, which require a unit with the same serial number to be returned back from repair centre. United Commtel has established process to handle the repair and return of the faulty units. We can also offer advance unit swap service as part of the spares management process for major breakdowns enabling early replacement of the faulty units.
